This site is informational: a stone listing is an invitation to negotiate, not a public offer. Terms are agreed per listing.
Reservation
A reservation without deposit is held until an agreed date, after which the stone returns to open sale.
Payment and handover
Payment method, delivery and handover are agreed per listing. There is no checkout on the site.
Returns
Jewellery and gemstones of adequate quality are non-returnable under the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. A mismatch with stated characteristics is grounds for return.
